Senior Box/Bag Lunch Social

If you are 55+, join us for a Box/Bag Lunch Social on Feb 14! Come with a box or bag lunch to share. We will be watching a movie called "Someone Like You"

Do you want to be baptized?

Next baptism Sunday: Feb 16 & Feb 23

Next baptism Class: TBD

If you are brand new to faith in Jesus, or are a Christian who has not been baptized, you should be baptized! Through it you will be blessed, because there is always blessing in obedience!

Baptism is about going public with your faith in Jesus. It is a way of identifying with Jesus’ death and resurrection. Throughout the New Testament people believed and were immediately baptized. These baptisms were often followed by an encounter with the Holy Spirit.

We regularly offer baptism classes where you can learn more about baptism. Our next baptism class in January 19 at 10:30am in the Prayer Room.

Our next baptism Sunday is January 26 during the morning service.

Alpha

Tuesday evenings starting on Feb 25 for 11 weeks. 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall

At some point, everyone wrestles with life’s big questions—questions about hope, purpose, meaning, and love.

Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Alpha is for anyone who's curious to explore the big questions of life, faith and meaning. The talks are designed to encourage conversation and explore the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. You can say anything you like or nothing at all.

These classes are free!

Eston Jr Retreat

Feb 7-9, 2025

Grades 6-9

Held at Hillcrest Church

Organized by Eston College, invites you all Grade 6-9's for Jr High Retreat! Experience a radical encounter with Jesus!

We want to help you get to know God better and really experience His presence in your life.

Bring yourself, your friends and your youth group, because Encounter is the place to be!
